  1. Membership Terms and Conditions

2.1. Eligibility: Membership is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors under the age of 18 may be permitted to join with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2. Membership Registration: Members must complete a registration process that includes providing accurate personal information, agreeing to these Terms, and accepting any additional membership rules or guidelines specific to Bulletproof Athletics.

2.3. Membership Types: Bulletproof Athletics offers several membership options, including but not limited to:
• Monthly Membership: Recurring payment every 30 days.
• Annual Membership: Payment for 12 months of access at a discounted rate.
• Special Packages: Time-limited offers or specific training programs, subject to individual terms.

2.4. Membership Card: Upon registration, members will receive a membership card. This card is non-transferable and must be presented upon entry to the gym.

2.5. Termination of Membership: Bulletproof Athletics reserves the right to terminate or suspend any membership for violations of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with gym rules. Termination may be done with or without notice.

2.6. Membership Freeze: Members may request a temporary suspension of their membership for medical reasons or other valid causes, subject to approval and supporting documentation.

  1. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

3.1. Payment Methods: All membership and service fees are payable in advance via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Members agree to keep payment details updated.

3.2. Recurring Payments: By choosing a recurring membership, you authorize Bulletproof Athletics to charge your selected payment method for membership fees on a regular basis. Fees may include applicable sales taxes.

3.3. Refund Policy: Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement or due to extenuating circumstances, such as medical conditions.

3.4. Cancellation Policy: To cancel a membership, a written notice must be sent to Bulletproof Athletics at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle for monthly memberships or 60 days before the renewal date for annual memberships.

3.5. Late Fees: Late or failed payments may incur additional charges. Access to the gym may be restricted until outstanding balances are settled.

  1. Facility Use and Member Responsibilities

4.1. Facility Hours: Regular hours of operation for Bulletproof Athletics are posted on our website. Changes to these hours may occur due to holidays, maintenance, or other reasons. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance.

4.2. Equipment Use: All equipment must be used according to its intended purpose. Members should consult a staff member if unsure about proper usage. Members are responsible for damages resulting from misuse.

4.3. Personal Belongings: Bulletproof Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers are available for use during gym sessions, but it is recommended to avoid bringing valuables.

4.4. Behavior and Conduct: Members are expected to maintain a respectful attitude toward other gym users and staff. Discrimination, harassment, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

4.5. Health and Safety: Members must ensure they are in good health before using the facilities. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed. Bulletproof Athletics reserves the right to refuse access if there are concerns about a member’s physical ability to safely participate in activities.

  1. Liability and Waiver

5.1. Assumption of Risk: By using the gym and participating in fitness activities, members acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or even death. Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use of the facilities.

5.2. Liability Waiver: Bulletproof Athletics and its employees, agents, or contractors will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur while using the gym, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5.3. Medical Assistance: In the event of a medical emergency, Bulletproof Athletics may arrange for emergency medical assistance at the member’s expense.

6.1. Data Collection: Bulletproof Athletics collects personal information, including but not limited to names, contact details, and payment information for membership and service purposes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use this information according to our Privacy Policy.

6.2. Data Sharing: Personal data may be shared with third parties, such as payment processors or marketing service providers, solely for the purpose of facilitating your membership and services.
